The Sussex range of baths with integral seat offers a standard, flexible, robust and easy to operate solution to transferring users in and out of a conventionally styled bath. The range consists of three different bath lengths with left or right handed options and also incorporates a Hi-Lo model.
The hydraulically operated seat is raised out of the bath and un-locks to rotate through 90cm away from the bath. At 90cm it is locked in place to allow for the seat to be lowered to a suitable transfer height for the individual. Foldaway arms allow for a clear transfer from either side of the seat.
The corner mounted lift allows the seat to clear the side of the bath so the seat can lower down outside the bath to a comfortable height for transfers.
The Sussex Bath is available either as a conventional height bath or has an option of a HI-LO function of the bath tub. This brings the bath up to a suitable working height for the Carer. The bath can also be adapted to accommodate access from the side with a mobile hoist.
